Yes. CityGlide accepts Bitcoin on every scooter and motorbike rental. At checkout, choose "Bitcoin", scan the QR and pay on-chain or with Lightning.
Do you support the Lightning Network?
Yes — we accept both on-chain Bitcoin and Lightning through our own BTCPay Server. Pay with whichever your wallet supports; either way it goes straight to us, with no third-party processor in between.
How is the Bitcoin price calculated?
We charge the standard rental price in Thai Baht and convert to BTC at the live market rate when you reach the payment screen. The amount is locked for a short window while you pay.
Is there an extra fee for paying in Bitcoin?
No. No card surcharges or FX markups — you pay the exact rental price. Network fees on your side are typically negligible, especially over Lightning.
What happens after I pay?
Instant confirmation and a receipt land in your email, you get access to your booking dashboard, and when we head out to deliver you receive a live tracking link.
Can I pay the deposit in Bitcoin?
Yes — the refundable deposit can be paid in Bitcoin too, alongside cash, card and PromptPay.
Do you accept other cryptocurrencies like USDT or ETH?
No — we accept Bitcoin only, both on-chain and over the Lightning Network.
Which wallets can I use?
Any Bitcoin wallet that can scan a standard payment QR works — on-chain or Lightning. Wallets like Phoenix, Muun, Breez or BlueWallet all pay our BTCPay invoices without any extra setup.
